**Any free item(s) delivered to you as an offer do not qualify for a shipping refund, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified.**
**Any customized items, such as apparels, shoes, mugs, bags, phone cases, bedding, cushion covers and personalized jewelry, do NOT qualify for a refund.**
All claims for parcels arriving damaged/defective must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your shipment, your item will be deemed used/worn and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credits or an exchange.
**To be eligible for a refund or credits, your item must be unused and returned to us in the same condition that you received it. All shoes and apparels must be sent back to us without stains, and traces animal fur and human hair. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us with a shipment tracking number. The returned postage must be covered by the sender of the shipment.**
If you are sent the wrong item or your item is faulty in any way, Love Trendify will offer you a compensation, at no additional cost to you, as long as you email us within 7 days of receiving your shipment with photographic evidence of the damage. If the item is being returned to us for any other reason, you will be issued a full refund for the item(s) you paid for, excluding the initial shipping charges (if any).
Please note that a valid tracking number must be provided to us within 7 business days of your return request.
We are also not held liable for missed delivery attempts by couriers due to the absence of the addressee, and neither are we held responsible for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
**Please be informed that all customs duty charges levied by your country are the personal responsibility of a shopper. The price that you pay to Love Trendify will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient, you must pay these directly to the carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We will not be liable for these customs charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed by Love Trendify.**
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, customized or personalized, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then store credits will be applied to your account and/or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, and then contact your bank and/or credit card company. It may take several days, or one full billing cycle, before your refund is processed and officially posted.
Refund made through PayPal will be instantly reflected on your PayPal account.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item back to the return address that we will provide in our email to you. Please note that defective items received can be replaced at no additional cost to you as long as you provide us with pictures and proof of damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
For sizing issues, contact us and we will be happy to send you a pair in your right size! All shoes are eligible for 1 free exchange (no additional cost to you), subject to availability. Our size exchange policy is designed to make your shopping experience with us hassle-free.
To request an exchange, all you have to simply do is provide us with your order number, a picture of your new & unworn shoes, the requested size for the exchange, and the reason the shoe didn't fit. Your request must be within 25 days after receiving your shoes.
Please note: size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will NOT be eligible for an exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then provide you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For your returned item to qualify for a full refund, you must send it back in the same condition you received it in to our return address using a trackable shipping service or a shipping insurance.
