Like you, we're shoppers and we understand the pain of receiving something that doesn't work out for us.
We always do our best to send out items in a condition that we'd be happy to receive ourselves. However, we're human too and may sometimes make mistakes.
If you receive a wrong item or an item that is defective, we sincerely apologize! Please send us an email at support@lovetrendify with clear pictures (.png or .jpg format only) of your item as soon as possible. Once the exchange is approved by email, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost to you.
If 36 hours have gone by since receiving a defective/damaged item, your item will be deemed used/worn and we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
No worries! You are welcome to get in touch with us and we will be happy to send you a pair in your right size! All footwear orders are eligible for 1 free exchange, subject to availability. Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, and any cost related to exchanges past the first free exchange must be covered by you.
To request an exchange, you must provide us with your order number and the reason the shoe didn't fit. Note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Please note: size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will NOT be eligible for an exchange.
We accept returns for ready-made retail orders. This meansthat all items, except print-on-demand or made-to-order items and free items you receive by just paying for shipping & handling, qualify for a full and courteous refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and returned to us in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us, at your own expense, with a shipment tracking number. (We will not be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.)
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to request a refund. Our refund policy lasts 36 hours of receiving your shipment. If 36 hours have gone by since receiving your shipment, your item will be considered used/worn and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
