If you ordered the largest kids' size (3 YOUTH) and they're too small, you can still exchange them for our women's US5.

Yes! The design of these rubber soles was created with runners in mind.
There are grooves on the soles to minimize the risk of slipping on wet surfaces - this allows liquid to escape quickly from the base of your shoes so that your soles always come in contact with the ground with each step you take. There are also very tiny traction cleats for extra grip!
Yes! We've had a customer clocking in 9 miles in them because they're that comfortable and surprisingly lightweight!

Yes, you certainly may! We've had requests to make the insoles removable so that customers can use their own special orthotic inserts.
If you plan to use the original inserts that come with these shoes, don't worry about the removable insoles shifting around when walking. The insoles are moulded to fit the exact shape of the shoes - customers don't even realize that they are removable until we let them know they can use their own custom orthotic inserts!
